Additionally, you may not purchase a design from Sophie Amelia Designs on behalf of your clients. Your clients must purchase the design themselves. If you purchase a Sophie Amelia Designs template for your own website, or if you are customizing a template for a client that was originally created by Sophie Amelia Designs, you must provide credit in the footer as follows:

Pricing + Payment Plans
All prices published on our website are subject to change without notice. All payments must be received in full before acceptance of an order. You understand and agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or any third-party acting on your behalf.
